I love this quote by Thich Nhat Hanh, and really want to practice it
“We will be more successful in all our endeavors if we can let go of the habit of running all the time, and take little pauses to relax and re-center ourselves. And we’ll also have a lot more joy in living.”
This is my contribution to Becca’s Nurturing Thursday
This quote is lovely and necessary for us that sometimes get lost in the business of life.

Thank you Elizabeth. Sometimes we run just to avoid those disturbing thoughts. If we can stop and relax would be so much helping.
