Abstraction or Non representational imagery in photography is one of the most difficult concepts. After going through Brenda’s post “a photo study: abstract photography” and watching Ted Forbes’ video again and again. I tried abstraction myself.
Please help me improving my skills.

I find that abstractions come after the event – when we study what we have done and abstract from it.

Thank you for joining me on this learning journey. I find my mind gets in the way as it wants to see and label the elements within abstract photography. I enjoy seeing your creative images and the gentle use of color with form (especially in the first and last image). The use of movement, lines, and blur resulted in unique photos. My favorite is the one you created with movement, color, and trees.
