  1. Wow – snow already! We’re not quite there yet. Usually not until December or maybe a little in late November. It’s definitely getting cooler now though with temperatures hanging out in the single digits much more here.

    Stay warm and happy!

      1. You too! I’m determined to keep up with my going outside every single day. I have a plan to buy more “seasonally appropriate” clothing for walking, cycling, and running outside. Will winterize one of my bikes also with good tires for dealing with snow and ice. I can already feel the effects of the reduced sunlight, I need to stay on top of this.

      2. That’s a great idea. We should also think in this way but I am not sure if my husband would be happy.
Until last year we had our routine hours in gym. Also we had our India visit in December so that was quite a change for us. Anyways we shall figure out some solution.

      3. Definitely – change and adapt as we learn what does and doesn’t work.

I went to India twice in 2019, once in 2018 and once in 2016 – it’s a great way to get a break from winter and reduce the impact of the weather. I always joke (well, maybe *half* joke, and half serious) that I’d like to just go to India from Diwali to Holi. The reality is, though, that I need to learn to enjoy winter. I know it must be possible. Millions of people do it, after all 🙂

    1. Hope the temperature will improve after a couple of days. At least the forecast has changed from what they were expecting last week. It was -7 for tomorrow but fortunately now it’s on positive side.
      Thanks Wilma.

  2. Ah, that tilt of the earth and here we are, if the tilt varies even in the tiniest bit, the seasons are longer or shorter (but also the new variable in that our atmosphere is not coping given what we’ve done, keep doing to it) I guess it’s time for us to shed while you will add layers.

    1. You are aboslutely right. For last couple of years we are quite observing sun’s trajectory over the seasons (actually it’s the earth which is moving but to understand the process we fixed ourselves in time point).
      Enjoy spring and summer.

    1. Yes dear Kamal. This year is really an unusual year. Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh have suffered a lot due to the recent rains. We watched some news about the damages. Please take care.
