Thanks kindly dear Carolyn. A warm hug.
Howz Cooper doing? Not heard of him for some time 😁
Six word Saturday is my new Sunday trees. I enjoy them a lot.
Cooper is doing very well! Thank you for asking about him! 🙂 Right now he is laying by my feet sleeping and snoring softly. 🙂
I REALLY enjoy both your Six Word Sats and your Sun Trees…so either or works for me! 😀
Agree!

It’s true. When I begin to lose focus at night, a good night’s sleep often restores my creativity as well as my body.

I try the same with breathing exercises 😊
I have noticed that if I am stuck in a project a walk helps me to clear my mind and helps me to be creative and leads me in the right direction 😊

Such a contradiction to how my spirit feels when I’m creating, but good advice.

It sure does! I need down time or else I feel too frazzled to think creatively. Also, what a gorgeous photo.
