Life: not knowing what happens next

To be or not to be

Six Word Saturday

I am experiencing ups and downs of the gardening world but in everyway loving it.

Let go of certainty. The opposite isn’t uncertainty. It’s openness, curiosity and a willingness to embrace paradox, rather than choose up sides. The ultimate challenge is to accept ourselves exactly as we are, but never stop trying to learn and grow.~ Tony Schwartz

  1. Wow! Cucumber finally ready for the salad and tomatoes on the way, great job Rupali😀
I am also trying to learn and grow, but currently the monkeys are on rampage and not sparing anything in the garden. My chilli plant is giving good harvest though.

    1. Thanks Deb.
My chilli plant is growing quite slowly. Really slowly. I used seeds from chillies bought in D-mart 😂. I know the monkey business. Not only trees but they can damage the cover of overhead sintex water tanks. 😡

      1. Yes Rupali, this is exactly what they are doing, yesterday I was up on the tank repairing the damage and making a makeshift lock. They opened the tank cover of seven houses in the neighbourhood 😀

The chili plants I think are slow initially, but once they start flowering there is no looking back.

  2. Beautiful shots and an excellent quote. I’m trying to relearn gardening having moved from living almost my entire life in the Midwest US with its good soil and four seasons to a desert where the seasons, heat, and moisture are so very different. 🙂

  3. YAY! A good thing to love! We enjoy gardening, too! Good for the heart, mind, soul! Then to get to eat the yummy veggies is good for the body! 🙂
You are capturing nature in so many of it’s life-stages…so beautiful, Rupali!
