Finally – Spring has arrived.
After yesterday’s hike it was time for a leisurely walk in a garden. What’s better than visiting an arboretum.
Spring is the time of year when it is summer in the sun and winter in the shade ~ Charles Dickens
I was alone but not lonely as I enjoyed various kinds of birds sounds even when I was taking photographs. I saw many robbins but photographing them was not easy. There were not so many flowers but it was very plesant and everyone I met was prasing weather. I saw first batch of Cherry blossoms, only one tree has a few flowers. I suppose by next week, it will be more colourful and by that time tulips will also bloom.

I shall be away for almost 3 weeks from Saturday. I planned the tour in due haste. According to writer and cartoonist Allen Saunders (first published in Reader’s Digest in January 1957): “Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans”. Next two weeks shall be spending time with my aai (mother). I am sure she is going to love it. Getting internet connection will be difficult and more over I might not have time for it.
I hope you guys will have good time on wordpress and in your lives. Take care.
PS: Today is Norwegian national day (constitution day). It is celebrated in a very special way. I was in town attending the parades, taking photos and even I got some beautiful spring shots. The above shot is one among many. Sooner or later you will get to see the rest.
