A quick shot and the robin was gone. I am happy to capture this beautiful little birdie. Here is some interesting information about our little friend Mr. Robin the redbreast.
A month ago I posted Weekend walk along the frozen river! Temperature then was well below zero. Taking photographs was little difficult. After a month things have been better in terms of temperature and light. The streamflow in the river informing about spring. I even tried a video but am not able to upload it.
Hope you all enjoy the photographs.
A river cuts through rock, not because of its power but due to persistence ~Jim Watkins
Time is like river. You cannot touch the same water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again. Enjoy every moment of your life. ~Unknown
I wanted to capture some photos containing repetitions during my walk along the river today. Strange but I could not see any pattern. Am I a bad observer? Anyways the temperature was not very promising and so after a while I gave-up and enjoyed my walk capturing what I found different 🙂
Hope you like the images.
In spite of the weather forecast today, we got some sunshine today. I took morning tour near a pond to capture Seagulls. But surprisingly I found a pigeon couple so busy in their own world so decided to share their moments with you.
Have a great week ahead!
Once someone asked me, “Are you always in nature”.
I realised, why not? Why can’t I be in nature at least “when I wish”?
As Lord Byron says, “There is pleasure in the pathless woods, there is rapture in the lonely shore, there is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar; I love not Man the less, but Nature more. Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.Nature always wears the colors of the spirit”
According to my philosophy, shopping can be done when needed in any kind of weather, whether it’s everyday grocery or a party dress. For being in nature and to capture moments I have some restrictions and follow some rules.
So when the weather permits and is not bad (saying good is difficult even for weather forecast department these days 🙂 ) I try to be in nature instead of being part of “the” crowd in shopping centres or being couch potato or reading all stereotype forwarded messages on social media.
Here I am presenting Collage of roses: Part1 a few takes from yesterday’s visit to local rose garden. Unfortunately I can only share the pictures not the fragrance.
Gateway to heaven:
Last Sunday I visited the local Botanical garden. It was rose day but due to non stop rain for more than three weeks, the flowers suffered a lot.
Actually on Sunday we made a new record of consecutive rainy summer days. This june is the most wettest June, earlier it was recorded in 1952. It’s raining every day including today 🙂 . Anyways, I managed to take some pictures and I hope you would like them.
One more entry for this week’s photo challenge. Finding a bird very close is an transient event.
