In earlier times people would visit the religious places of their own belief. Times have changed and we see crowd everywhere. There is nothing wrong visiting places of worship and find some of the best art, history, archaeology and music of all time. In spite of one’s own beliefs proper etiquette should be followed depending on the place and their customs/rituals.
The following images are taken during our visit to an ancient Buddhist temple located in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. Sensoji is perhaps the most famous and the oldest Buddhist temple in Tokyo. I was amazed to see many messages for the “believers”. I present a couple of them.
