I find this photo gorgeous, Rupali! Nature in all of it’s stages and seasons has beauty. As we grow more well-seasoned (older 🙂 ), we must remember there is beauty in all of our stages/seasons of life, too. 🙂
HUGS!!! 🙂
PS… “When life throws thorns…hunt for roses. You’ll find them.” 🌹 🌹 🌹
Reminds me of friends who have separated, and meet again after a long time, perhaps in a dream, appearing like pressed dried flowers between the pages of a book.
I always press flowers between pages, and mark the date and occasion on a paper and leave it there. Just a quirk of an aging mind.
I guess I need to get an inspiration from you, who can so easily interpret the other positive side of sadness, at least, me, who would have never thought of…..
Shriveled but beautiful

Thank you so much dear Kamal. These were the last batch of roses and I find it hard to throw them 🙂
I agree about finding beauty in all stages.

I really like your photo but maybe a wider focal length with the subject off to one side with some negative space would be a nice shot too.

Yes absolutely, I have one but here i wanted to elaborate the petals and hence the macro image. Thanks for commenting, Frank.

Thank you so much Zakiah ji.
Actually I never thought of placing flowers between pages. I shall try it next year.
