What keeps my heart awake is colorful silence.~ Claude Monet
Degust-
Current day affairs
around the world
lead the feelings
of anxiety and depression.
I take walks
to keep my sanity
in time of distress.
My mantra.
Walk slowly.
Observe nature.
Degust “the magic”.
Make plans.
Help others.
Restore faith in humanity.

Six word Saturday
Jo’s Monday Walk
*****
Winter is not over but spring is around the corner. Just two days of sunshine has given me hope. I wish peace and love for everyone.
Beautiful pictures. Beautiful words. Most beautiful wish.

In the joy of walking today it was possible to forget for a little while the plight of others. Sadly that doesn’t help them, Rupali. There is so much goodness out there, struggling against evil. It seems it must always be so.

Thanks Kate. It felt great after a long, slow walk discovering nature’s wonder and some sunny spots. Many people were out appreciating the seasonal changes.
