Alfred Adler (1870-1937) was an Austrian medical doctor, psychotherapist, and founder of the school of individual psychology. He stressed the need to understand individuals within their social context and believed that we all have one basic desire and goal: to belong and to feel significant.

Yes, the heart gives direction, but we do need to stop sometimes and think about where we’re going, otherwise we might get lost in the fog like your photo! Good illustration 🙂
