Six Word Saturday
Silent Sunday
*****
I am not in science fiction but someone mentioned the book during one of our book club meetings. After being on waiting list for a couple of months I finally got the book. A book which was set in the future after a flu pandemic, was a captivating dystopian novel.

Now back to the book I was reading…

Full moon is magical 🙂 It is good that we are still meet once a month and that too is magical , being so far away from each other but talking to each other.

Being an author how did you find the book, station eleven?

I read it for book group, and while we had our criticisms of the story, most of us liked it very much.

They both are so different yet interesting. I get to see a century old India through British eyes. It’s really amusing.
If the pandemic hadn’t hit us the book “station eleven” might not have had such effect. I enjoyed reading it.

If the pandemic hadn’t hit us the book “station eleven” might not have had such effect. I enjoyed reading it. It reminded me of the plight of migrant workers during covid-19.
Thanks.

don’t know the first book but I’ve certainly read the second … you’ll enjoy it for another perspective. It became a play and then a movie, so you have plenty of versions of it 🙂
