I bought this beautiful coffee mug at Keukenhof Gardens in Netherlands just a couple of days ago. Before I could use it was gone. Life goes on!

Oh, so sad…but life moves on (or should move on).

What a shame — you could save the front part, and create something or add it to a shadow box!! Thank you for sharing with Nurturing Thursday!

It is lovely, and so sad that you never had a chance to use it — but, at least you had enough of it left to share a photo for Nurturing Thursday, so it wasn’t completely wasted!

Thank you for your kind words Meg. I have learned a lot after following and working with Nurturing Thursdays for sometime.

Ah, what a terrible shame! I have a small collection of broken mugs and bowls, all of which I loved. ‘One day’ I’m going to use them to make some sort of mosaic, perhaps a pot for my garden. If you send an email with this photo to the Keukenhof, maybe they will send you another mug. It’s worth a try. I’m obviously not so good at moving on!
